  Lancashire living is an absolute disgrace of a company and the owner Steve Collinge is a liar, cheat and can not be trusted. My transaction history: I spent £691 + £100 courier for a John Lewis Valencia sofa from their ebay store marquis1958. They said it would be delivered on 4 separate occasions which i had to wait in for and every time they said it would arrive it did not. I eventually paid a extra £120 for my own courier to pick it up. The sofa that arrived was not as described, it was ripped, stained and did not even have the bolts to put it together!!! it was also missing the feet. I have had numerous heated phone calls trying to get refund but all the time I have been fobbed off with lies. The owner Steve Collinge was the rudest man I have ever met and actually shouted at me on the phone, I can not even repeat the words he used!. I have now had to resort to pursuing this with trading standards and visa to get my refund which is currently in progress. My complaints to ebay have resulted in lancashre living being banned from ebay they were trading under marquis1958 please check this name on ebay to verify what I am saying Ebay removed them for many reasons: refusing to take paypal payments using John lewis stock photography as the listing photo gross misconduct of ebay rules
