    Really gone downhill, utterly awful. The staff (barring a couple of people who seem to understand courtesy) don't care and are on their phones half the time while they're serving you, the shop is -always- a mess, and there's a suspiciously fast staff-turnover rate. Prices are good, but the customer service is horrendous.
